    When you purchase one of our meal plans for your son or daughter, you are participating in a program that is designed to provide students with a wide range of options. ​ Our Dining Hall opens as early as 7:00 am and closes at 7:30 pm. Viking Subs and Austin Grill, our retail locations, opens at 11:00 am and closes at 9:00 pm Monday–Friday and opens at 2:00pm and closes at 9:00pm on the weekends. Austin Grill Express offers mouth-watering burgers with seasoned fries and burritos. Viking Subs offers footlong subs to keep you sustained throughout the day. For your convenience, On The Go serves grab & go sandwiches, salads, snacks and beverages for individuals with busy schedules. ​ Of course it’s not just about the food, our programs are constantly changing to address the issues of nutrition and health as well as create an atmosphere that makes Dining Services a relaxing break in the day from the pressures of student life.   • If I don't use all of my meals in a given week, do they carry over to the following week?"
    Meals do not carry over from one week to the next week. Thus, it is extremely important that you select your meal plan based on your eating habits and schedule.
  • What are the benefits of purchasing a commuter meal plan?
    Enjoy an all-you-care-to-eat meal or grab a quick bite without ever searching for a quarter. Add some variety...enjoy the same great food as resident students. The convenience of the pre-purchased meal plan allows you to focus on your studies and not worry about preparing a meal. Considerable savings over purchasing meals daily with cash.
  • Can I change my meal plan once the semester has begun?
    Yes. You may change your meal plan as long as you do so before or on the last day of late registration.
  • What are the rates for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Dining Hall?"
    Breakfast $4.25 Lunch $5.74 Dinner $6.15 Brunch $7.74
  • How does the commuter meal plan work?
    Financial Aid Dollars can be used to purchase the meal plans. You may also pay with Mastercard, Visa, cash or money order.
  • Can I Change My Order?
    With our current system you are not able to change your order online. If you would like to edit quantities or delete an item from your order, please contact email or by phone: (703) 826–3949.
  • What if I don’t arrive to pick up my items on time?
    All items will be charged at the time of ordering and are non-refundable. If you arrive after the pick up timeframe, you will have a two business day grace period to retrieve your purchase.
  • What If I Ordered Online at 1:01pm Local Time?
    All orders that come in after 1:00pm local time will be ready for pick-up on the following business day.

Available Monday- Friday Essentials On Demand saves you time and effort. Once your order is placed, it will be packed and ready for pick-up with you arrive. Ordering Your Essentials is easy as 1-2-3 Visit the website to choose your essentials Place your order by 1:00pm local time Pick up your essentials package at your designated pick up location between 4pm – 6pm local time the same day Monday- Friday Based on the time your order was completed, determine your pick up date and time. Ordered by 1:00pm local time Tuesday - Saturday? TODAY between 4:00pm – 6:00pm. Ordered after 1:01 pm local time Tuesday - Saturday? NEXT BUSINESS DAY between 4:00pm – 6:00pm. Ordered Sunday or Monday? TUESDAY between 4:00pm – 6:00pm.
  • Can Someone Else Pick Up My Order?
    For your purchasing safety, all orders must be picked up by the person who made the order.
  • When Will I Be Charged?
    Your account will be charged at the time you place your order.
